Types of Available Support

  • Relationship + Individual Therapy

Relationship therapy is used to explore the many layers of connection. This includes a multitude of relational structures, but also the one with yourself through individual therapy. In addition to individual care, I also work with couples, families, friends, polyamorous partners, and most other configurations. If there’s a relationship you want to work on, whether its the one with yourself or any others, I’d love to join in the journey with you.

  • Yoga Therapy

Much of the work I assist with requires connection to your body and can be aided by the mindful connection to self that yoga offers. I enjoy utilizing creativity with you to determine how we could integrate this into our time together, if this is of interest to you. All levels of ability and familiarity welcome.

  • Sex Therapy

Sex therapy encompasses a wide array of goals and concerns. I utilize my education and experience in sex therapy when working with things like sexual disappointments/challenges (ED, pain with sex, premature ejaculations, etc.), desire discrepancy between partners, healing from trauma’s impact on sexuality, gender/orientation exploration, and seeking to find or redefine your sexual self. Sex therapy is still whole person therapy, so this work does not exclude the other pieces of who you are. We are able to work together on any combination of the services I provide.

  • Ecotherapy

Ecotherapy is based on the belief that we all have an inherent need to convene with nature. Research suggests time in nature has a variety of benefits, most related to what we typically address in psychotherapy. This option provides the ability to conduct our session in an outdoor setting, either seated or walking. Because I travel frequently, this is availability is determined by our unique schedules and may vary.
